Founded in October 2023, PEAC Controls combines rich industry expertise with an approachable, fun, and memorable attitude. Our name—PEAC—reflects the initials of both founders (Paul & Charlotte) and their respective children, symbolising our close-knit approach to business. From our first client in December 2023 to quickly obtaining partner agreements with Delta and Trend, we are committed to a client-first philosophy that ensures top-notch friendly service with a remarkable can-do mentality. Paul Glasspool
With 25 years of experience in the industry, Paul is a seasoned, hands-on professional known for his approachable demeanour and unwavering commitment to excellence. He takes pride in doing things right the first time and thrives on overcoming challenges with skill and determination. Whether he’s solving complex problems on-site or collaborating with his team, Paul’s focus is always on delivering exceptional service. His reliability and grounded nature make him someone both clients and colleagues can count on to get the job done efficiently and effectively.
Outside of work, Paul is an active coach for his son’s rugby team and cherishes time with his son and daughter, often attempting (and failing) to keep up with their boundless energy. His passion for family and coaching reflects the same dedication he brings to every aspect of his life.
Charlotte Sutton-Smith
Charlotte has over eight years of experience in BMS and an extensive background in operations, giving her a deep understanding of how to deliver results and keep things running smoothly. She is passionate about providing top-notch customer service and ensuring every task is completed efficiently. Her dedication to her work is evident in her problem-solving skills, ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, and commitment to going the extra mile to exceed expectations. Always eager to grow, Charlotte continuously seeks opportunities to expand her technical knowledge and develop her skills.
Outside of work, Charlotte is a proud mum who loves staying active, whether it's going for a run, playing netball, or fitting in a quick workout. She believes in the importance of balance and enjoys unwinding after a busy week with a chilled glass of prosecco. While juggling work and life can be challenging, she embraces it wholeheartedly and wouldn’t have it any other way.
